Golden Milk Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 heaped tsp. Organic turmeric
- ½ – 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ TL. Ground pepper
- 1 TBSP. Butter from grass-fed cows
- 4 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 TBSP. honey
Turmeric Golden Milk Directions:
Put the almond milk in a saucepan with the turmeric, cinnamon and pepper. Heat over medium-low heat until the spices have dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Pour the milk through a sieve into a cup. Add the butter and stir to combine. Once the milk has cooled a bit, add the honey, stir and enjoy.
