This simple and delicious dessert is easy to make and tastes great! All you need is a few simple ingredients and you will love it!

Cream caramel ingredients

You will need the following:

Caramel sauce:

  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water

Pudding ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 375 ml can of condensed milk

Kitchen advice:

If you don’t have condensed milk on hand, don’t worry! It’s perfectly okay to substitute with whipped cream.

How to make cream caramel recipe

You need to allow 20 minutes prep time and 25 minutes cooking and cooling time. This recipe makes 5 servings.

Put 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan and stir until everything is dissolved.

Once the mixture comes to a boil, stop stirring and let it cook until it turns into a deep golden brown caramel syrup.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and divide it into 5 casserole dishes (1 cup capacity). Be careful as the mixture will get extremely hot.

Step 4

In a bowl, place 4 eggs, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/2 cup water and a can of condensed milk or an equivalent piece of whipped cream.

Step 5

Stir the ingredients until smooth and distribute them between the casserole dishes.

Step 6

Place pop ramekins in a deep baking sheet and pour boiling water into the tray until the water reaches half of the casserole dishes

Step 7

Place in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.

Step 8

Take out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to cool down.

Step 9

Run a knife around the edge of the pudding to the free sides.

Step 10

Place the saucer over it and carefully turn it over. The caramel will drizzle over the pudding. Serve with fresh fruit and cream if desired.
